Berlin, June 17th, 2025 — Carrier Community (CC) successfully hosted its exclusive CC-Global Awards (CCGA) ceremony at the renowned Metropol venue in Berlin, bringing together over 200 industry leaders and guests to celebrate outstanding achievements and innovations across the global telecom sector.
The event drew senior CCL Club executives from across the wholesale and digital infrastructure landscape. Among the distinguished attendees was Nabil Baccouche, Group Chief Carrier & Wholesale Officer at e&, who joined the celebration as Guest of Honor, alongside other influential voices in the industry.
This year’s CCGA featured a total of 54 award categories, recognizing the exceptional contributions of 42 winning companies and individuals. Winners were selected by an expert panel of 20+ analysts and telecom professionals, ensuring transparency and integrity throughout the judging process.
Award Highlights – Celebrating Industry Excellence:
– Orange Wholesale was named “Best Global Carrier”.
– Globe Teleservices received two major awards: “CEO of the Year” (Agrawal Ashutosh) and “Telecom & Tech Woman of the Year” (Pallavi Kudtarkar).
– e& (Etisalat) swept three major titles: “Best Global Mobile Operator of the Year”, “Best Global Voice & SMS Service Provider”, and “Middle East Regional Voice & SMS Operator of the Year.”
– Zain Omantel International (ZOI) stood out with three wins, including “Best Subsea Cable Operator of the Year”, “Middle East Regional Connectivity Operator of the Year”, and “Best Data Connectivity Innovative Provider of the Year.”
– HORISEN AG was recognized for its technology leadership, winning “Best SMS Platform Provider – Retail Solution”, “Best SMS Platform Provider – Wholesale Solution”, and “Best Application Service Provider.”
– Uztelecom received double recognition for “Innovative Achievements in Central Asia” and “Best Chief Commercial Officer of the Year” (Javlon Islamov).
