April 15, 2025 – Tashkent, Uzbekistan
Carrier Community (CC), a global telecom club, proudly announces the successful conclusion of the 2nd Annual International Wholesale Telecom Congress (iWTC) 2025, held from April 13–15 in Tashkent. Powered by CC, the event gathered over 350 participants from Tier-1, Tier-2, and Tier-3 operators, as well as cloud providers, mobile and wireless carriers, ISPs, fixed-line operators, technology vendors, and satellite and data companies.
iWTC 2025 once again confirmed its role as a vital international platform for the wholesale telecom sector, enabling meaningful networking, business development, contact exchange, and brand promotion across the global ICT ecosystem. The event was made possible through the generous support of lead sponsor Uztelecom, Diamond Sponsors Telegraph, Europeer XChange, and Devotel, along with Platinum Sponsors Brilliant Telecom and Kazakhtelecom, Gold Sponsors Lanck Telecom, CMI, Freedom Telecom, and ZTE, Official Exhibitor Sparkle, and Strategic Partner RCC.
A major highlight of the iWTC program was the launch of the CCL 2025 Summit – Tashkent, part of CC’s exclusive CC-Leaders Club executive series. Hosted by Uztelecom and held in strategic partnership with RCC, this inaugural regional summit took place on April 14 and marked a key milestone for executive networking and thought leadership in the CIS region.
The CCL 2025 Summit brought together top-level executives and CC-Leaders Club members for in-depth collaboration and strategic dialogue. The Thought Leadership Panel featured prominent industry leaders sharing insights on regional trends, strategic investments, and the future of telecom. The summit also included keynote presentations, exclusive sessions, and an invitation-only seated lunch and discussion forum, fostering high-level conversations on digital transformation and regional telecom evolution.
In parallel, Carrier Community is pleased to announce that the shortlist for the prestigious 2025 CC Global Awards (CCGA) has now been released. This year saw over 220 submissions from more than 70 companies and individuals around the globe—highlighting the industry’s exceptional innovation, leadership, and achievement. The winners will be honored at the 9th CC Global Awards Ceremony in Berlin later this year.
Looking ahead, Carrier Community is excited to host the Submarine & Infra Summit (SIS) 2025 – Lisbon, Cascais, on June 5–6 at the Hotel Cascais Miragem Health & Spa. This flagship event will welcome 300+ global and regional executives from the fiber, submarine, satellite, data center, IX, ISP, cloud, and ICT sectors. Set in Lisbon—Europe’s strategic subsea hub—the summit will offer cutting-edge discussions on capacity, digital infrastructure, and the future of global connectivity.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to all sponsors, partners, speakers, and participants for their support in making iWTC 2025 and the CCL 2025 Summit a resounding success.
