The meeting was held on September 15th and 16th at the Adlon Kempinski Hotel with participants coming from CIS, Eastern as well as Central Europe, Germany, Scandinavia and around the globe.
Global Carrier Community Meetings bring together carrier wholesale executives from voice, data, mobile,VAS, SMS, telehouse and other related sectors representing a diverse range of operators from the largest Tier 1 global carriers to Tier 3 regional players.
