CC held its annual ME GCCM for the first year in Muscat and sees members convene to share thought leadership and the latest innovations while doing business
Muscat, Oman – November, 2019 – Carrier Community, the exclusive global telecom club and industry networking and branding platform for wholesale telecom service providers and eco systems partners with over 8500 members globally, welcomed member delegates from around the world at its 6th annual Middle East 2019 GCCM in Muscat on the 24th, 25th and 26th of November. The event was hosted by Diamond Lead Sponsor Omantel, a leading provider of integrated telecommunication services in the Sultanate of Oman, and was attended by over 450 Club Members representing 200+ regional, international telecom operators and telco ecosystem partners from Tier–1, Tier–2 and Tier–3 companies. The events attracted representatives from voice, data and mobile industries with a focus on exploring local and global connectivity, Cloud and SMS and other related topics.
Middle East GCCM was held at the Crowne Plaza Muscat on the scenic Gulf of Oman and this year marked the first year it was held in Oman. The event offered an effective learning platform for community members which enabled knowledge sharing and networking in an exclusive, collegial environment. In addition to the events Omantel hosted the GCCM Golf Day at the Al Mouj Golf Club on November 24th as well as the Gala Dinner at the Crowne Plaza on November 25th and C-Level Lunch Summit as well other networking activities for its guests.
