CARRIER COMMUNITY (CC) SUCCESSFULLY HOSTS CC-GLOBAL AWARDS (CCGA) WITH 200+ MEMBERS JOINING THE EXCLUSIVE CEREMONY
[Berlin, June, 14th 2024] — Carrier Community successfully hosted its exclusive CC-Global Awards (CCGA) 2024 ceremony on June 13th, 2024, at the renowned Metropol venue in Berlin. The event attracted over 200 participants and celebrated the exceptional accomplishments of leading telecommunications companies from around the world.
Prominent industry leaders from Orange Wholesale, e&, iBasis, Expereo, Sparkle, and others were among the attendees, highlighting the significance of this prestigious Community event. The awards ceremony honored the remarkable innovations and achievements of telecom wholesale operators and ecosystem partners, evaluated by a panel of telecom analysts and industry experts.
The ceremony featured 51 categories and recognized 39 winning companies. Noteworthy accolades included Orange International Carriers being named the “Best Global Operator of the Year,” Deutsche Telekom Global Carrier winning the “Best Data/Capacity Provider of the Year,” and Zain Omantel International (ZOI) receiving the “Best Subsea Cable Operator of the Year” award. Additionally, Chanderhas Rana of Bankai Group was honored as the “Most Inspirational & Influential Wholesale Executive,” and Mila Budylo of BSG was recognized as the “Telecom & Tech Woman of the Year.”
The event garnered significant attention, attracting more than 200 physical and virtual participants. For those unable to attend the ceremony at Metropol Berlin, a live broadcast allowed them to be part of the experience. The occasion served as a unifying platform, bringing together both regional and global operators to honor exceptional accomplishments and recognize the industry’s finest players.
