The 10th Annual Europe 2017 GCCM brought together over 800 executives to meet, network and do business in London
Sarnen, Switzerland, 20th March 2017 – Carrier Community, an exclusive global industry-networking platform for wholesale telecom service providers, hosted more than 800 delegates from 350 operators, and more than 55 countries at its 10th annual Europe 2017 Global Carrier Community Meeting (GCCM). The event was held on the 21st – 22nd of February at the InterContinental Park Lane Hotel. Representatives from sectors such as OTT, Data, MVNO, Voice, SMS, Mobile, VAS, Cable, Satellite, IX, ISP, Enterprise, and Data Centres attended the two-day event in February.
The event held round-table panel discussions, exploring topics around the monetisation of Internet of Things (IoT) and SMS messaging, both moderated by Erik Van Stokkom, the CEO at VS Consulting. The meeting also welcomed Miranda Smith, Project Manager at MEF, who led a discussions on topics related with the Mobile Ecosystem Forum as well as Isabelle Paradise, President of Hot Telecom to lead the HOTtalk: Lady Commanders – Re-thinking the wholesale business.

Carrier Community is hosting its 7th annual Asia 2017 GCCM that will take place on 23rd and 24th May 2017, at the Intercontinental Singapore. It is also hosting CC-Nights in Hong Kong, China on 30th March, and in Frankfurt, Germany on 27th April. Carrier Community are launching its own Global GCCM Award announced at the CEE GCCM in Berlin 20th-21st June 2017.
