It is with great pleasure to share with you the announcement that BTS has recently signed a Joint Venture Agreement for the establishment of the new entity “S and BTS Global Corp” with Softbank, the global leader in technology and communications.
This new entity based in Tokyo, Japan will immediately manage Softbank’s
international voice traffic as well as BTS’ Asia traffic.
The new company will combine the complementary strengths of its parent corporations in telecommunications, e-commerce, internet and technology services to revolutionize the next wave of innovation in the international telecom industry.
Future portfolio services to be introduced in the Asian market which will include cloud and managed based services will be announcing shortly.
For all of us this is a great achievement to have reached this Joint Venture Agreement with one of the world’s most prestigious companies and we wanted to share our enthusiasm with all of you since without your work and dedication it would not have been possible.
