Michele Cannella is the Head of Business Development at Fiber Telecom, the Italian wholesale network operator that provides access, transport, transit and colocation services from its network PoPs available in 30+ data centers in Italy.

He is actively involved with Internet operational matters, focused on simplifying the remote connection to all the Italian Internet exchange points and building a high performance and resilient data transport network infrastructure dedicated to the needs of the Internet and Cloud Service Providers.

Michele is a passionate contributor in the Internet community, he recently organized and promoted the Spring 2022 edition of the Fiber Telecom Wholesale Winery Tour which has run nationwide with impressive numbers: 50+ speakers involved, 300+ companies represented by 500+ peoples who participated in the 8 stages held in amazing historical wineries.

Nurani Nimpuno is the Head of Global Engagement at the London Internet Exchange (LINX), overseeing the LINX Global Strategy and Global Partnerships. Nurani also serves on the Euro-IX board, the association representing all IXPs in Europe and beyond. Nurani is actively involved with Internet policy and Internet governance issues globally, and works on a broader level with Internet operational matters, including Internet exchange points, interconnection, and infrastructure.

Nurani has been an passionate contributor in the Internet community for two decades, participating in and speaking at international Internet conferences globally. She has served on several Advisory Councils for Internet  governance and address policy matters, including the UN Internet Governance Forum (IGF) Multistakeholder Advisory Group (MAG), the ASO AC, the IANA RC, and has been invited to be part of Swedish government delegations to international UN conferences.

For her work in the IANA Transition, Nurani Nimpuno received the prestigious ICANN Leadership award in October 2015.

Roman is Head of international development at MSK-IX. He started his career in telecom in 2003 in СJSC “Kolomna Svyaz TV” (Kolomna city, Moscow region), as Account Manager of the commercial department. He holds a PhD in Economics from the State Academy Of Management (GUU Moscow).

Kyle Spencer is Executive Director of the Uganda Internet eXchange Point, Coordinator of the African IXP Association, Board Member at the Internet Exchange Federation, and CEO of Stormzero Consulting. Kyle has established many notable community organizations and projects; is an intellectual property law reform advocate; and spends his free time working to develop the online multiplayer Internet gaming ecosystem in Africa.

Maurizio is CEO and board member at Namex Rome IXP, where he has been contributing since 1996. In 1996, he moved into Internet Services joining Caspur, a university consortium based in Rome where the Rome IXP was born in 1995. He has been recognized by the European Union as an Expert in the field of Internet and Telecommunications.
