Carrier Community (CC) is pleased to present the CC-Webinar.Live – CCL Thought Leadership Panel Session, sponsored by Uztelecom, taking place on 22 April 2026 as an official program component of the Central Asia 2026 GCCM & CCL 2026 Summit in Tashkent.

The panel, titled “The Future of Telecom in the CIS Region: Innovative Management and Maintaining Business Efficiency” will bring together an exclusive group of C-level telecom executives, subsea cable operators, digital infrastructure investors, data center leaders, and technology innovators. This distinguished forum will explore how the evolution of integrated digital infrastructure ecosystems is shaping the next phase of regional and global connectivity.

During this high-level Thought Leadership Discussion Forum, participants will examine how the convergence of subsea cable systems, terrestrial fiber networks, and strategically positioned data centers is enabling the development of resilient, high-capacity digital corridors across the CIS and broader Eurasian region. The session will provide strategic insights into how collaborative infrastructure development is accelerating digital transformation and strengthening international interconnectivity.

Key discussion areas will include infrastructure interconnection strategies, cross-border digital corridor development, redundancy and route diversity, hyperscaler and data center integration, sustainable infrastructure deployment, and innovative operational management models designed to enhance business efficiency and long-term network resilience. Particular attention will also be given to the role these integrated ecosystems play in delivering secure, scalable, and future-ready connectivity for the global digital economy.

agenda

22 April 2026

As AI-driven traffic and data center interconnect demand accelerate, this panel explores how future-ready networks must evolve—particularly in enabling resilient, cross-border connectivity. With the Central Asia corridor emerging as a strategic alternative, industry leaders will examine the critical role of regional cooperation, diversified routing, and coordinated infrastructure development.
The discussion will also address evolving business models in mobile communications, including privatization trends, operator consolidation, and the rise of InfraCos through infrastructure carve-outs to drive efficiency and scale. Panelists will assess how current networks can meet the surging demand for data and AI, while advancing smart cities, sustainability, and energy-efficient operations—ultimately shaping a more resilient, seamless, and future-proof digital ecosystem.

2. Carveout of digital infrastructure by MNOs and entry of efficiency focussed InfraCos
