My career spans from commercial operations, pricing & deal design to product leadership, strategy & transformation, mostly on platform services. When possible, I define products and services at the nexus of disruptive technology and business model innovation, like 5G Mobile & Enterprise services, SD-WAN, and NFV.
At StarHub, I lead over 90 people across Product, Pricing, Network Presales and Delivery responsible for delivering differentiated value and enhanced customer experiences for government, enterprise, and SME clients. Prior to joining StarHub, I was at NTT Ltd (Asia excl. Japan) where I directed the strategic shift of its product portfolio when Dimension Data, NTT Com Managed Services, and 28 others entities became part of NTT Ltd. I joined Verizon Enterprise Services and Tata Communications and built services, teams, and markets through >5X growth over 9 and 4 years at each respectively.

I have a global mindset and broad international experience. I have lived in Europe and in Asia and currently reside in Singapore. I have led cross-cultural, global teams, which enables me to work with and relate to people across cultures. I enjoy sparring and learning with other product managers. In my free time, I help local product talent with their professional growth by organizing and facilitating community events across South East Asia.

His experience spans various technology solutions such as SDN and blockchains, focusing on future-proofing business operations through digital transformation and the introduction of automated DCI and Cloud Connectivity solutions for Data Centres, wholesales and retail markets.
